Project Research (week7 to week10)

Hi there!! I'm back. For this post within for week7-10. I'm do an appointment with my artist (Haziq Illiya) to do some an interview session. Well~ a lot things i ask to him. Try to read..

Rein: Thanks for spend your time to allowed me do this interview
Haziq: Thanks ok.your most welcome~
Rein: Orite.i got a few question and i want you answer it.can?
Haziq: Yeah! sure.
Rein: When do you start doing your art digital?
Haziq: Well~ when i was at primary school.my hobby is reading a comic book. There a lot of my collection. Also i like to copy(draw) all the character i like by put paper behind that book and try to draw by following line. After finish it, i color that my drawing by pensil color. Till i was high school, i joined a cartonis club that for those who got hobby like me. After finish my study at high school, i futher study at UITM Shah Alam on diploma. From this institute i learn to apply all my skecth from paper to digital art.
Rein: What software you use to make all your design?
Haziq: Mostly i used photoshop and illustrator.
Rein: i guess now you expert by using that software. So how long you take to make your design?
Haziq: Well..actualy it depend.if i focus while doing my design it take 3-4hour. Because there a lot of precedure you need to do.skecth,transfer to computer,trace again and last part coloring.
Rein: wow..that tough. Where do you get your inspiration to create your design?
Haziq: As a student in film and animation. Mostly i take from any kind of movie fantasy or i create based what i want to skecth.
Rein: How much cost for create your design?
Haziq: Hmm..donno how to answer it. refer my electric bill (laugh)
Rein: After finish your design, where do you put all your artwork? do you print it?
Haziq: Usually i upload all my design on website. that website name is devianart. Now all my artwork i keep it there. you can look by go to website www.deviantart.com and search my name "ZEARZ". but sometime i print my artwork and put at my wall or i give to my friend as a gift..

This application by the artist “Haziq Illiya” is base on the perception of an inspiration point of his view. It define the spontaneous actions of some random imagination or by refer from media such as movie, comic or poster.

The main focus of this application is to convey the message on how the artist implement their imagination from skecth paper to digital art. The concept of this nice and simple.

Proposal & Concept Pitch (week 3 to week 5)

After receive this task, first thing i had to do is find an artist whether well known artist or not.This task quite challenger, because i need doing some researh about artist and try to approch them to allow me doing my project based on their artwork.So if the artist agree, i need do some proposal to them so they know what im doing. Almost 2 week i been research about the artist that can be my model for this project. there a lot of problem. last minutes reject my approch, they want me pay for them and etc. Lastly i find an artist that can collobrate with me.my lecturer ask me to found at least three. but then i just only found 2. that better than nothing. so here i put my proposal about my artist.

Was born in 1987, in Seremban. First son from two siblings. Stay at wangsa maju, Kuala Lumpur. First education at SRK Wangsa Maju for six year then continues at SMK King George IV at Seremban N.Sembilan. Further his study at University Technology MARA on Diploma Computer for 3years and now take degrees on Bachelor of Multimedia hons Film Animation at Multimedia University. He like to drawing. Title:
Digital Art Artwork
Objective:
To apply the idea and understanding from this artist on how they do all their artwork in digital art.
Target Audience:
Prefer to teenager age around 18-25 years old. Especially who like manga or games.
Issue:
It not easy how to create from sketch on piece of paper to digital art. So in this project I would like to show to audience how the process it begins then at the last it been in image digital art.
User Task:
elaborate all the idea artist
Concept:
The concept that I want to show is based on artist artwork. Mostly all their artwork is in digital art. So I need to create some idea that I can show to audience what digital art is and how it look alike.

Topic:
Local abstract Art's Artist, Sculptor or Practitioner

Brief:
-This is an individual project
-screen size 800x600pixel or full screen
-The main focus of this project: Information design and strategies
-Will be judged mainly in research methods and content design of my application
-Required to use multimedia component/element and apply knowledge i learn in beta year such as : visual hierarchy, grids and alignment system, type contrast, type play, motion graphic and etc. in designing interactive screen design
-All idea development and design process must be documented and submitted in a4 skecth book and in "The making web-blog"

Objective:
